Position Title - PF (Technical Services) - Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager (Technical Services)

Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam

Professional Qualifications: BE/B. Tech- Mechanical

Preferably: CBM engineer 

Essential: Hands on experience in CBM techniques (Vibration/Oil/Thermography/ laser alignment)

JOB PROFILE – 

  • 100% vibration data collection and analysis of collected data for timely reporting of abnormality in equipment.
  • Continue follow-up with maintenance team for unsatisfactory equipment's to take appropriate corrective action and reduce the breakdown through condition monitoring techniques.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all NDT activities, thickness of kiln shell, chimney & ducts.
  • Use of technologies like Thermography, Ultrasound for bearings & laser alignment to improve reliability.
  • Preparing lube oil analysis report and track the feedback from the concern section.
  • Preparing shutdown report as per equipment health condition.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, participate in safety committees, report near-miss incidents, and maintain zero injury records.
  • KRA 1: Vibration data analysis to detect faults in equipment’s
  • KRA 2: Implementation of NDT activities (UT/MPT).
  • KRA 3: Thermography of pre-heaters.
  • KRA 4: Used oil analysis for all critical equipment.
  • KRA 5: Adhering and Implementation of all Safety standards as per company policy.
