About the Role:

The Senior Data Engineer designs and delivers complex data solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. This role leads advanced pipeline development, mentors' junior engineers, and partners closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics platforms.

• Architect and optimize complex data pipelines and database solutions
• Lead dimensional and relational data modeling for analytics
• Develop advanced SQL transformations and stored procedures
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of data platforms
• Mentor engineers through reviews and best practices
• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Promote engineering standards and CI/CD practices
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of advanced data engineering experience
• Proven mentoring and technical leadership capabilities
• Advanced SQL and database architecture expertise
• Cloud-based ETL/ELT pipeline development
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Python or similar languages for orchestration
• CI/CD, version control, and DevOps practices
• Streaming architectures (Kafka, EventHub)
• NoSQL or semi-structured data platforms
• Cost optimization and performance monitoring
• Cloud certifications
