Key Responsibilities :

A. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Execute preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule for plant machinery.
• Ensure proper health of M/C panels, VFDs, motors, transformers, DG sets, HT/LT panels.
• Conduct predictive checks using IR thermometer, megger testing, and vibration checks.
• Update PM checklists and ensure % compliance.
B. Breakdown Maintenance
• Attend electromechanical breakdowns and restore operations with minimum downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions. (POKA-YOKE implementation).
• Maintain documentation of breakdown logs and MTTR/MTBF trends.
C. Spare Management
D. Electrical System Management
• Monitor power consumption, load distribution, and ensure efficient usage.
• Oversee UPS, stabilizers, AMF panels, APFC panels, and capacitor banks.
E. Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards: PPE, LOTO, Arc Flash, earthing.
• Conduct regular safety checks for earthing pits, DBs, panels & cables.
F. Documentation & Spare management
G. Continuous Improvement
• Suggest and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Reduce repeated breakdowns using RCA, 5 Why, and Kaizen approach.
H. Team Coordination

Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Work Experience: Maintenance department in manufacturing industries only, Automobile industry will be preferred.
B Tech - 9-10 years 
Diploma - 9 - 10 Years
