Main Purpose:
Senior Engineer Operation as part of base support to FPSO operations is an interface of activities of planning, communication, and coordination. He understands technical requirements & skillsets for smooth and safe operation of units and provides accurate and timely data/information to Lead Onshore Tech Support. Collecting data to facilitate both internal and external audits and ensure close out of gaps or recommendations of audits in a time-bound program.
Conduct planning and coordination for meetings, compiling data, and material, and make presentations for extending technical support. He establishes MIS with clear objectives including reports viz PRA, PSC, and work towards process improvement initiatives. He ensures optimum utilization of resources including manpower through coordination with different departments.
