Sr. Engineer - QA/QC (E&I)

Penspen is urgently looking for Sr. Engineer - QA/QC (E&I) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

• The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC systems in compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards (ISO, IEC, IEEE, API).
• Review and approve ITPs, QCPs, method statements , and inspection procedures for Electrical & Instrumentation works.
• Perform and witness inspections, testing, FAT/SAT, calibration, loop checks , and pre-commissioning activities.
• Monitor contractor and vendor quality performance, including vendor inspections and subcontractor compliance.
• Identify quality issues, raise and close NCRs , and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions.
