As part of our Global ERP Engineering team, you will help drive the next generation of finance transformation. In this role, you will design and deliver solutions across FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS to support global financial consolidation, master data governance, and narrative reporting. You will combine functional expertise with technical build skills (configuration, reporting, integrations) and work with a team shaping the ERP/EPM landscape for one of the largest telecom enterprises in the world.

Job Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle EPM modules with strong expertise in FCCS, EDMCS, and EPRCS
• Configure and optimize FCCS for multi-entity, multi-currency global close cycles.
• Implement EDMCS workflows for financial data governance, hierarchy management, and data lineage.
• Develop EPRCS/Narrative Reporting templates for regulatory, statutory, and management reporting.
• Build and maintain key delivery artifacts: Configuration Documents, Functional Design Documents, Technical Design Documents.
• Partner with ERP (Fusion GL/AP/Projects) teams to deliver end-to-end RTR, O2C, P2P process solutions.
• Support integrations via Data Management and OIC for ERPEPMthird-party systems.
• Ensure full lifecycle coverage through SDLC implementation methodology development, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and drive performance optimization.
• Mentor Engineers, review deliverables, and ensure compliance with T-Mobile engineering standards.

• 7+Overall exp & 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud with FCCS/EDMCS/EPRCS delivery.
• Hands-on configuration in at least two modules (FCCS + EDMCS, or FCCS + EPRCS).
• Knowledge of Close & Consolidation automation, Master Data governance, Narrative Reporting.
• Understanding of finance business processes, month-end close, consolidations, and corporate reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with OIC, Data Management, OTBI, Smart View.
• Agile ways of working (JIRA, Confluence, CI/CD exposure).

Nice-to-Have:

• Oracle Certifications (FCCS/EDMCS/EPRCS) are preferred, and team members are expected to complete certification as part of their growth and to support delivery excellence.
• Exposure to ARCS, Account Reconciliation, or additional EPM modules.
• Scripting skills (SQL, EPM Automate).
• Experience with global matrix reporting requirements.
• Cross-domain ERP knowledge (GL/AP/CM/Projects).
