Sr Engineer, Software

About the Role:
The Software Engineer will contribute to the development and enhancement of Magenta PulseT-Mobiles digital front door platformby building scalable solutions using Adobe AEM, microapps, and cloud-native microservices. This role involves developing AEM components, front-end features, and backend services while ensuring performance, maintainability, and reliability. The engineer collaborates with product, architecture, and UX teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, participates in design and code reviews, and supports CI/CD, cloud deployment, and troubleshooting activities. This position plays an important role in delivering modern, user-centric digital experiences for employees across the organization.

What Youll Do:

• Develop software solutions that support engineering projects and meet customer requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain front-end frameworks, back-end services, microservices, databases, and supporting cloud infrastructure for the digital front door application
• Maintains and enhances full stack web solutions to ensure system reliability and performance
• Develop and maintain Adobe AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Build scalable microapps using modern front-end frameworks and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Design and implement secure, cloud-native microservices and APIs supporting business and employee-facing applications.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and architecture teams to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, accessibility, and security through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Deploy, monitor, and support applications using CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud platforms.
• Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices and standards.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, quality and development standards across all software deliverables
• Provide support during production releases; and provide production support as needed
• Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goal.
• Collaborate with technical teams (product managers, architect, engineers, stakeholder) to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn new technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Adobe AEM Platform
• TypeScript or Node.Js or Vue.Js
• Adobe Cloud experience
• Java 11 or higher
• Any Public Cloud
