What Do we do:
Experienced Workday Integrations Consultant/Engineer specializing in Workday Studio, Custom Reporting (RaaS), Core Connectors, and API-based integrations . Proven track record of developing and supporting scalable, high-quality integrations across HR, payroll, and third-party systems. Strong in requirements gathering, solution design, troubleshooting, and optimizing integration performance. Known for reliability, cross-functional communication, and delivering integrations aligned to Workday best practices and business needs.

• Develop functional designs and configuration that support company and stakeholder initiatives while meeting customer requirements.
• Contribute to design innovations that improve systems, processes, or services using new frameworks and industry best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions and mentor others through knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Support technology strategy by evaluating and applying current technologies that align with business goals.
• Create clear documentation for software code, system designs, and business requirements to support knowledge sharing.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Must Have skills:

• Workday
• HCM Core
• Configurations in Workday Modules- Recruiting, Performance Mgt (Techno Functional (IT instead of Business)

Nice to have skills:

• Previous Consulting Exp (Accenture, EY, TechM, Deloitte)
• Workday Certifications
