Sr Engineer

In this role, you’ll serve as the trusted technical voice on the team, offering expertise across multiple aspects of application and systems engineering. You’ll contribute to the ACDC team, which supports Thrivent’s core financial planning capabilities and integrations with tools such as MoneyGuidePro, ensuring these services seamlessly connect within the broader Thrivent ecosystem. This includes providing design recommendations based on long‑term IT strategy and offering expertise on complex application integration across the business. You will determine specifications, plan, design, and develop business‑critical software solutions, primarily backend services, utilizing appropriate engineering processes either individually or in partnership with the product team.
