**Job Description Summary**: The Materials Science & Engineering Sub-Section Manager leads and develops the EMS team to deliver materials science solutions for Aerospace and Aeroderivative engine programs. The team provides end-to-end materials engineering support to internal and external customers spanning expert guidance across functions and the product lifecycle, along with laboratory-based failure analysis services. As part of the Global Engineering Materials Science organization, the Sub-Section Manager aligns local priorities with global needs, strengthens cross-site collaboration, and develops the team’s technical and leadership skills to deliver global impact through technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
