- As a core member of the Plant Leadership Team (PLT), the Sr. Engineering Manager is accountable for SQDCP performance and plays an active role in development, cascading and execution of strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Operations and collaborates with RD&E and Sustaining Engineering Leaders. Among other functions, the Sr. Engineering Manager:
- Generates high impact initiatives and engineering projects which support site strategy and financial commitments including:
- Research, development, and implementation of highly repeatable and reliable manufacturing processes to execute operation at an optimal cost.
- Development and implementation of materials and product solutions for optimal handling and flow to reduce waste.
