APTIM is searching for a Senior Engineering Proposal Specialist with engineering experience.to drive all aspects of the development of high quality and compliant architecture/engineering (A/E) proposals for Federal clients.
**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**
+ Support engineering business development/capture staff, business unit leaders, subcontractors and partners, and subject matter experts with A/E-specific efforts.
+ Manage creation and maintenance of A/E collateral (including web-based and general marketing) to support proposals and ongoing contracts
+ Lead writing of various A/E sections including resumes, project descriptions, and technical approaches.
+ Lead development of SF330 packages with internal and subcontract personnel
+ Define and manage proposal budgets and schedules.
+ Lead content planning from compliant outline through win themes, section plans and graphics.
