Position Summary

The Senior Engineering Technician functions in a senior-level technical design and specialist capacity, providing advanced design expertise, technical leadership, and oversight within the substation engineering discipline. This role applies extensive experience and judgment to solve complex technical challenges, develop innovative design solutions, and ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of project deliverables. In addition to hands-on production responsibilities, the Senior Engineering Technician provides consultation, mentorship, and training to other technicians and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
