Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations:
- Ensure smooth daily production operations of LT cables at the plant.
- Plan and manage shifts, manpower allocation, and material control.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Quality Management:
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality protocols and industry standards.
Coordination & Collaboration:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, procurement, quality, logistics) for effective communication and smooth operations.
Process Improvement:
- Identify operational bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce costs.
