Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent written and oral communication skills to provide technical guidance and problem-solving leadership in the DSM area.

The candidate should have a disciplined approach to the work and focus on Maintenance metrics.

• Follow up on equipment improvement projects
• VOC analisys
• Traninig to New Engineer and Technician
• The candidate should be comfortable in reporting and presenting (in English or Spanish) technical concepts.

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or similar discipline.
• English level >80% (verbal and written).
• Microsoft Office applications (Excel is a must).

Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas

• 3+ years of experience in Maintenance or Process areas are desirable, preferably in DSM area.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP).
