Job Description

As a Sr Employee Relations Specialist at Dexcom Malaysia, You will be responsible for developing and implementing ER strategies, policies, and programs to promote a harmonious work environment, manage complex employee issues, and ensure legal compliance. Your role will involve providing guidance, support, and resolution to employee-related concerns, as well as working closely with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives.

Employee Relations Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to HR teams and people managers on ER best practices and compliance
