Job Description Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates for construction projects. This role is responsible for managing the full estimating process, including reviewing RFPs, developing proposals, coordinating subcontractor bids, and preparing detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs). The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, deep construction knowledge, and the ability to work independently on complex estimates. Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects. Review RFPs, project specifications, drawings, and scope documents to determine requirements. Develop complete proposals, including pricing, clarifications, exclusions, and supporting documentation.
