We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sr. Estimator for Multi-family Mixed-Use Construction to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be involved in the ground-up construction of multi-family and mixed-use projects, including Senior Living facilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our company's continued growth and success, using their expertise with Beck software systems, D-Profiler, D-Est, Podium, Podium Mixed use, Wrap, SOG, Type I, Type III, Conceptual Estimates, Hard Bid, Negotiated GMP's, and Value Engineering.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Sr. Estimator, you will:

1. Lead the estimating process from start to finish for multi-family and mixed-use construction projects, including ground-up construction and senior living facilities.
2. Utilize Beck software systems, D-Profiler, D-Est, and other relevant tools to prepare accurate and timely estimates.
3. Engage in Podium and Podium Mixed use projects, providing expert insights and recommendations.
4. Work with Wrap and SOG systems, ensuring all projects align with company standards and client expectations.
5. Oversee Type I and Type III construction projects, ensuring all estimates are accurate and reflective of project needs.
6. Prepare Conceptual Estimates, Hard Bid, and Negotiated GMP's for all relevant projects.
7. Participate in Value Engineering processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
8. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all estimates are comprehensive and accurate.
9. Continually monitor industry trends and advancements, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of the construction industry.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in multi-family and mixed-use construction.
2. Proven experience with ground-up construction, Senior Living facilities, and related projects.
3. Expertise in Beck software systems, D-Profiler, D-Est, Podium, Podium Mixed use, Wrap, SOG, Type I, Type III, Conceptual Estimates, Hard Bid, Negotiated GMP's, and Value Engineering.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
6. A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
7. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Professional certification in Estimating or a related field is a plus.
9. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and integrity.
10. A proactive and innovative approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
