Demonstrates deep understanding of bid-build, design-build, and Engineer, Procure, Construct (EPC) methodologies with hands-on estimating experience for heavy civil scopes including structural concrete, grading, utilities, drainage, water/wastewater, and transportation infrastructure. Skilled in conceptual estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and working with multi-disciplinary teams to develop competitive and compliant proposals.
