Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy based on company sales goals and profitability.
  • Making every effort to maximize both present and long-term sales and gross profits.
  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with the Sales Manager and Site Head
    provide detailed, accurate reports on daily and weekly activities.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity & Follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Knowledge of all testing requirements of Textile & Apparel.
  • Out of the box thinker and have optimistic approach and Lead Generation.
  • Prepare a market segmentation after studying the market scenario and potential keeping in
    mind the Existing clients with whom business being shared by other competitors, lost clients,
    new clients.
  • Regular visits to the client and develop partnership building between two organization by giving
    value addition says technical advice, helping data collection, providing new updates on
    technology.
  • Qualification: B. Tech.- Textile Chemical/ ./ .-Chemistry or Textile Chemistry/
    MBA in Marketing or Diploma in Textiles

    Relevant Experience: Min. 2 Years of experience in Softline or textile industry

    Expertise at:

  • Sales Planning and Management (Textile Selling experience is preferred)
  • Data Analytics
  • Negotiation and collaboration.
  • Analysis market trends and adapts strategies accordingly
  • Listens actively to team members and clients.
  • Resolves conflicts within the team or with clients effectively
