Responsibilities and Duties:
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding processes, including joining formalities and documentation.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for various departments, including coordination with hiring managers and interview panels.
Maintain and oversee HRIS data, employee records, and MIS trackers (Recruitment, Insurance, Payroll, etc.) ensuring 100% data accuracy.
Manage attendance, leave administration, and time-office related activities.
Prepare and review payroll inputs and coordinate with the Finance team for timely and accurate salary processing.
Oversee employee lifecycle management including confirmation, transfers, role changes, and exit processes.
Prepare, analyze, and present HR reports, dashboards, and monthly MIS to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal/external audits.
Coordinate and support induction programs, training sessions, and HR initiatives across the institution.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, providing timely resolution and effective HR support.
Assist in updating SOPs, standardizing HR processes, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced MS Excel
HRIS Management – Eg. Zoho People.
Data Management and accuracy.
Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
