JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the President. This role ensures the President’s directives, priorities, and performance goals are executed efficiently by coordinating across departments, managing key documents and proposals, and driving productivity, compliance, and engagement initiatives.
Executive and Administrative Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, travel, and communication flow.
- Prepare and organize executive documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business matters.
- Represent the President in internal meetings when delegated and provide concise debriefs.
Contract and Client Management
