Job description-

1. Responsible for closely collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Medico Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Centre Operations, ensuring timely sharing of campaign deliverables within predetermined timelines and brand guidelines.

2. Work on various campaigns encompassing materials for all aspects of ATL branding.

3. Will be accountable for managing an in-house design team, including task assignment and supervision of their work.

Requirement & Skills-

1. Proven experience in managing the creative development process of marketing campaigns, from writing briefs to finalizing artwork.

2. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and oversee teams of multiple graphic designers in previous roles.

3. Good command of the English language, with fluency in Hindi as an added advantage.

4. In-depth knowledge of various graphic design file formats.

5. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Side note: This is a pure traditional media led brand role, there will be no exposure to digital marketing at least in the first 2 years.
