For employee data, onboarding, exits, issue resolution.
Finance & Accounts
For TDS deposits, budgeting, reconciliations, and statutory filings.
Shared Services Team
For system access, HRMS issues, and automation support.
Employees
For payroll and tax-related queries.
External Stakeholder
Purpose of Interaction
Statutory authorities
EPFO, ESIC, Income Tax Department for compliance coordination.
Auditors
For providing payroll and compliance data during reviews.
