CTC: ₹4.50 Lacs to ₹5.50 Lacs per annum
Role Summary
The Sr. Executive – HR (Western Region) will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics. The role requires hands-on execution as well as the ability to partner with management to drive people-related initiatives across the Western region.
Core Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across the Western region
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri and other relevant channels
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with line managers
Design and execute structured onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employ...
