Qualification : M.Sc. life sciences or applied Sciences
- Lab Management: Overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth functioning.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. This may involve developing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting regular audits, and addressing any deviations or non-conformities.
- Equipment and Instrumentation: Managing the procurement, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure they are in optimal working condition and meet regulatory requirements.
