Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving measurable growth through performance channels while ensuring optimal ROI and efficient budget utilization.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI and conversions.
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and Google Tag Manager.
● Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, copies, and audiences to improve conversion rates.
● Monitor key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
● Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
● Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and events across platforms.
● Identify growth opportunities through new channels, audiences, and ad formats.
● Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
● Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
● Proven track record of managing high-budget performance campaigns.
● Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
● Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and campaign tracking tools.
● Experience in funnel-based marketing (lead generation and/or e-commerce).
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management
