Role Overview
We are looking for a US Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Anblicks' rapid growth by driving end-to-end hiring for the US market. This role requires hands-on experience in US W2 hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle from requirement intake to onboarding
Partner closely with US clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Source and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, and internal ATS
Evaluate candidates on technical expertise, communication skills, and cultural alignment
Coordinate and manage client interviews and feedback loops
Drive offer management including rate negotiation, salary discussions, and offer closure
Ensure adherence to US hiring compliance and documentation standards
