Your Job:

As a Sr. Finance Business Partner, you will be the strategic finance link between plant operations and the broader organization, providing economic and financial analysis that enables decisions aligned to the business risk profile and value creation. You will lead TIS finance initiatives and special projects, and drive process improvements that deliver measurable business impact.

Our Team:

You will join our Guadalajara manufacturing plant, partnering closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams. You will also collaborate with the broader TIS finance network and global shared plant teams to share best practices and improve business performance.
