  • Financial reporting : Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and ensuring they comply with accounting principles
  • Budgeting : Producing the annual budget, providing the monthly forecasts, and reporting budget variances to management
  • Accounting : Managing the accounting, general ledger and key accounts of MHI as well as governance of outsourced functions such as payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable departments with CGS.
  • Compliance : Ensuring compliance with local and national government requirements
  • Financial analysis : Providing financial analysis to optimize operations, capital investments, pricing decisions, and financial guidance for contract negotiations
