Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office-Markham at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time. 

Your future duties and responsibilities:

BA hands on skills: 
o writing requirements
o creating user stories
o process mapping
o data modeling
o maintaining data dictionaries

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills and Experience
1) Industry & Functional Experience
. Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst in Finance Systems 
. Extensive experience in the insurance industry
. Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles & practices (Balance Sheet, P&L) 
. Familiarity with insurance regulatory standards: IFRS17, OSFI, GISA, Facility Association, GAA 
2) Technical & Systems Knowledge
