**Job Activities**
- Focal person for R&O finance activity at the site
- Provide finance support for R&O operations team. Interact with ISC R&O leadership team
- Become expert on R&O costing, service and repair orders
- Coordinate with R&O finance RFC cost accounting team on R&O costing issues.
- Become an expert on the R&O GAM solution. Learn SAP R&O cost and inventory transactions and processes
- Support key controls processes including fixed asset verification and physical inventory processes
- Focal for R&O cost center budgeting, burden rate development
- Provide inputs to the SRO and other forecast processes
- Maintain and report R&O operations metrics including hours per unit, utilization, census, OT, etc
- R&O Tier meeting participation
- Attend SIOP meetings
- R&O Revenue analysis
- Monthly cost reviews with departmental owners
