YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define and implement financial processes and deliverables to support New Product Development 3.0 (NPD 3.0) across all stages of the program’s lifecycle.
  • Establish strong governance frameworks to enable proactive planning, enhance decision-making, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Strengthen process robustness by identifying gaps, standardizing workflows, and integrating best practices across cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize the current NPD-finance process and it ecosystem: Enhance the existing framework to improve accuracy, efficiency, and standardization. Integrate additional key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide greater visibility into project performance and financial impact.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance and project efficiency, enabling data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
