Job Description
Our growing company is hiring a Sr. Financial Analyst. This is a great position for someone who has a good mix of operational analysis and budgeting and forecasting. This position will be responsible for assisting in analysis of all aspects of the company. If you like to analyze and explain why things happened and where you are going, this is the position to respond to.
What you will do:
• Creation of dashboards and KPIs for sales and operations
• Operational analysis (trend, cost, ROI)
• Financial modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Weekly meeting with sales and operations to ensure company goals are being met
• P&L and variance analysis with an explanation of variances
• Budgeting / Forecasting
• Creating new models to help business areas
• Communicate results to non-financial management
• Develop models to evaluate opportunities
• Develop the Annual Operating Plan
• Provide monthly forecasts
What you will do:
