About the Role

Workday is looking for an experienced professional to join the team as a Senior Financial Variable Compensation Analyst. You will be a part of a growing Sales Finance IT team as we support both the Sales and Customer Experience (CX) compensation side of Workday’s business. We’re looking for someone with strong business partnering skills, who is a self-starter, a great communicator and who enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·Act as a hands-on, subject matter expert in the effective design and solutioning of logic that is to be applied within our Xactly platform.
