Sr. Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Manager to lead and oversee the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures. This role is highly focused on financial reporting, technical accounting, and notes to the financial statements, ensuring full compliance with IFRS / US GAAP and supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures.
• Oversee the notes to the financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors.
• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and internal controls.
• Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing notes to financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience managing audits and working with auditors.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in multinational environments or fast-growing companies.
• ERP system experience.
