Responsibilities
  • Talk to customers to resolve issues.
  • Work in a normal office environment; role may be for APAC/EU/NA and require work during holidays as may be required by the Company. May be asked to render overtime on critical and peak times as required by the business.
  • Handle complex vendor queries in a time-bound manner; work on underlying issues and fix root causes; liaise with internal teams to understand vendor issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
