Industrial Engineering leader will oversee design, develop and execute and standardize projects for the improve of operation strategies and processes through the lean manufacturing tools.
Responsibilities
Analyze and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs through the lean sigma culture.
Coordinate and supervise activities related to manufacturing projects.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational objectives are met.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Supervise Engineering toolroom and technicians.
Tooling and fixturing administration and maintenance.
Qualifications
Engineering bachelor's degree
3-5 years' experience on engineering department.
Knowledge on Autocad/Solid/Creo CAD systems.
Analytical Thinking
Experience with hand tools and toolshop equipment.
Knowledge on CNC machinery.
Core Tools.
