Job Description

To job holder needs to plan and manage First and Business (F&B) class lounges’ operational activities across all the Airports (DXB and DWC) through respective F&B Management team. The role is responsible to provide strategic input to achieve F&B business objectives, including sales and revenue targets, while optimizing costs and delivering exceptional guest experience in collaboration with clients (EK, DNATA, Other Airlines Lounges (OAL), outlet(s) and Events) to develop and implement new concepts to improve lounges.

Key Results Area

  1. Oversee compliance with the company safety management system, HACCP, and hygiene policies, aligning with EKFC safety standards and government regulations to provide a safe environment for all guests.
  2. Lead coordination with the central purchasing department to secure fixed assets and coordinate with stores to efficiently manage inventory, ensuring operational continuity and resource optimization.
