Sr Formulator

As a SENIOR COATINGS FORMULATOR you will, develop coating formulations, ensuring product through Quality and Cost.

Comply with the processes established for operating the Technical Laboratory and solve technical and quality problems throughout the supply chain, supporting the launch of new products in the customer's line and the production process to ensure product performance in the testing and commercialization phase.

You will report to Technical Manager Jr.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt coating formulations to improve product performance on customer lines.

• Improve formulations to maintain a high level of performance of formulations approved for manufacturing.

• Propose alternatives for formulation cost reduction.

• Manage the activities under your charge to ensure the operation of the area with high levels of efficiency in the launching of new products in the line of our customers.
