Description

Our client is an American leader in the consumer financial services industry.

One of the largest initiatives in 2023 for our client is the digital transformation and integration of multiple Digital and Operations platforms. Traditionally, these applications have run in separate channels, but they have identified multiple workstreams that they want to move into the Digital Channel / integrate with existing products.

All these products will be developed in React and will be built in microservice front ends for rapid feature deployment / less dependency on each other. Examples of the workstreams / products could include Pay my Bill, Digital Alerts, Collections, Manage My Account, Fix My Problem / Disputes.
