About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at RTDS. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, responsive user interfaces that enhance our cloud service platforms. Your expertise will help translate UI/UX designs into interactive, accessible, and performance-optimized web applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, you will ensure our digital products deliver seamless user experiences aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices to continually improve our front-end solutions and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative cloud solutions to clients worldwide.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Design, or a related field. You should have between 4 to 6 years of proven experience as a UI Developer, UX Developer, or Front-End Engineer. Demonstrable expertise in front-end technologies and frameworks is essential, along with a strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design. Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch is required. Additionally, familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, SEO-friendly markup, and performance tuning will be highly advantageous.
