Job Description

Duties: Design, develop, and manage end-to-end lifecycle solutions for Customer Communications Management (CCM) to meet business and customer needs. Create and implement personalized, multi-channel communication solutions, including print, email, SMS, and digital channels, ensuring consistent messaging across all delivery platforms. Utilize the Quadient Inspire product suite, including Designer, Automation, Scalar, Interactive, Digital Advantage Suite (DAS), Messenger, and Dynamic Communications (DC), to deliver high-quality communication solutions. Process and integrate data from various formats, including Flatfile, XML, and JSON, ensuring seamless communication between systems through data transformation and validation. Plan, execute, and validate ECM content and workflow migrations, leveraging expertise in ECM platforms and tools to manage and migrate large-scale content repositories.
