We are currently seeking a Sr. Fullstack Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role: Sr. Fullstack Developer

Overview -
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend microservices, and cloud-native platforms to design, build, and scale secure, high-performance enterprise application.

Responsibilities -
1. Design and develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using Angular, React, or Vue, fully compatible with Open edX frontend layers.
2. Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 accessibility standards.
3. Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive, scalable interfaces.
4. Develop and extend backend services using Python/Django within the Open edX ecosystem.
5. Design and expose RESTful APIs (OpenAPI compliant).
6. Implement LTI 1.3 / LTI Advantage integrations for external learning tools and platforms.
7. Integrate Keycloak SSO using OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
8. Implement Redis caching to improve application performance.
9. Build event-driven workflows using Apache Kafka.
10. Work with MongoDB Atlas for learning content, discussions, and xAPI data.
11. Use PostgreSQL/MySQL for transactional and metadata storage.
12. Implement and optimize Elasticsearch for indexing, search, and analytics use cases.
13. Ensure data consistency, performance, and scalability across stores.
14. Deploy, manage, and scale applications using Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
15. Operate applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
16. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability.
17. Support cloud-native operations and continuous delivery practices.
18. Perform performance tuning and optimization across the stack.

Requirements -
1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 10+ years of experience in implementing/designing solutions using web based application technologies
3. Good hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale, full stack applications.
4. Proven experience working in cloud-native and DevOps-driven environments
5. Relevant Full Stack Experience - Minimum 6+ years
6. Good work experience in web application and object-oriented concepts
7. Critical thinker and good problem-solver
8. Good oral and written communication skills
9. Good team player, self-starter, and good analytical skills
10. Good understanding about code quality, security standards, and programing best practices

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have)
Good full stack ownership mindset.
FrontEnd - Angular or React or Vue, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2)
Backend - Python, Django (Open edX ecosystem), REST / OpenAPI services, LTI 1.3 / LTI Advantage
Integration & Middleware - KeyCloak (SSO, OAuth2, OpenID Connect), Redis caching, Apache Kafka (event-driven architecture)
Data & Search - MongoDB Atlas, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Elasticsearch
DevOps - Jenkins CI/CD, OpenShift / Kubernetes, Unit & functional testing, Secure coding (OWASP), Performance optimization

Desirable Skills (Good to know and optional)
1. Azure or AWS cloud services
2. Infrastructure as Code (Helm, Terraform)
3. Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
4. Power BI or analytics integration
5. Experience in Agile / DevOps delivery models
6. Exposure to AI/ML data readiness or xAPI analytics
7. Comfortable working across Open edX, modern JS frameworks, and cloud platforms
