Senior Fullstack Developer

Work Summary:

The Senior Fullstack Developer will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge applications. They will leverage their expertise in React, Redux, and either Java or C# to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires proactive problem-solving skills, a commitment to software excellence, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure features across the full stack using React, Redux, and either Java or preferred C#.
  • Collaborate closely with product management and UX/UI designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement front-end interfaces and backend services, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and databases, utilizing MEAN or MERN stack principles.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement caching strategies and messaging architectures.
  • Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.

    • Requirements:

    Technical Expertise:

  • Front-End:

    Proficiency in React, including Redux, Hooks, Sagas, and Storybook.Strong understanding of front-end build pipelines and configuration.Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for building responsive UIs.

  • Back-End:

    Experience with Java or .NET, with C# preferred.Familiarity with database concepts and integrating front-end systems with backend logic.Experience with MEAN or MERN stack is a plus.

    • Preferred Experience & General Skills:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in developing production-level applications.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure or AWS are advantageous.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of persistence storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL), ORM frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and integration testing methodologies.
  • Understanding of caching mechanisms and messaging architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable solutions.
  • Willingness to learn and grow, open to mentorship from senior developers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, passionate about creating high-quality software.
