This role plays a key part in shaping how complex, information-heavy content is translated into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will specialize in information design—organizing dense material into intuitive layouts, establishing strong visual hierarchies, and creating design systems that guide readers effortlessly through content.

You will balance hands-on design execution with team leadership, ensuring high-quality output, efficient delivery, and consistent design integrity across all client-facing work.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Information Design

• Structure complex content into clear, logical layouts for reports, publications, and multi-page documents.
• Develop strong typographic systems, grid frameworks, and visual hierarchies that enhance readability and flow.
• Translate dense or technical information into visually clear and engaging formats.

Creative Direction & Quality Review

• Lead visual direction from concept through final delivery.
• Review, refine, and provide constructive feedback on junior designers’ work.
• Set and uphold quality benchmarks across all design deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong file hygiene throughout projects.

Project Planning & Delivery

• Plan project timelines and manage day-to-day progress.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks early and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule with minimal revisions.

Client Collaboration

• Interpret briefs, clarify requirements, and manage client expectations effectively.
• Present design rationale with confidence and explain design decisions clearly.
• Share regular progress updates and maintain professional client communication.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or communication design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proven experience designing multi-page documents and structuring information-heavy content.
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and grid systems.
• Experience reviewing team output and managing timelines.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and intentional in design approach—focused on clarity over decoration.
