Position Summary
Provides leadership to product managers. Accountable for the performance & results of team, including cross-functional interactions. Develops team plans, including product roadmaps, team OKRs, & hiring, development, & retention plans. Manages larger teams >5 and/or complex interconnected products. Drive org & portfolio process enhancements. Decision are guided by Senior Management OKRs, resource availability, and organizational objectives. Responsible for defining product portfolio roadmap & executing on product vision & strategy for one or more product lines.

Delivery of differentiated product line strategy & roadmap, and execution plans that meets growth & profitability targets
Drive adoption of product line, achieve target NPS scores
Build a world-class product management team, driving team goals & development plans, demonstrated in engagement scores & achievement of target OKRs
