About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Growth Marketer - Web Acquisition to own paid growth for a US-based, subscription-driven consumer product. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, working closely with senior leadership. This role is not about managing agencies or delegating execution. You will personally run acquisitions across Meta and Google, own forecasting and pacing, and be accountable for CAC, conversion efficiency, and subscription growth. You will regularly communicate performance and decisions to CMO/CFO-level stakeholders, so the ability to deliver clear, concise, and structured insights is essential.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-end ownership of Meta and Google paid acquisition (budgeting, bidding,
creatives, pacing, reporting)
● Weekly forecasting and daily spend pacing to hit subscription and CAC targets
● Optimization of the web funnel from click → trial → paid subscription
● Structured creative testing roadmap (hypothesis-driven, not ad-hoc)
● Close collaboration on CRO and landing page improvements
● Measurement integrity across GA4, GTM, and attribution tools
● Clear, executive-level performance updates (headlines + numbers)
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
● Complete audit of Meta and Google account structure, conversion signals, and spend
efficiency
● Build a reliable forecasting and pacing model
● Launch a repeatable creative testing framework
● Identify and address major funnel drop-offs
● Deliver measurable improvement in CAC and/or trial-to-paid conversion
This Role Is a Fit If You:
● Have 7–10+ years of experience in paid growth for D2C or subscription businesses
● Have personally owned large monthly budgets on Meta and Google (six figures/month
preferred)
● Are deeply comfortable with hands-on execution as an IC
● Think in CAC, LTV, payback, and forecast accuracy, not vanity metrics
● Can explain performance, risks, and decisions in 30–60 seconds to senior
stakeholders
● Are confident challenging platform numbers and validating attribution
● Prefer ownership and accountability over process documentation
Required Skills & Experience
● Expert-level Meta Ads and Google Ads execution
● Strong understanding of subscription funnels and conversion economics
● Forecasting, pacing, and budget control experience
● GA4 and GTM proficiency; attribution and measurement rigor
● Experience collaborating with CRO, product, and CRM teams
● Comfortable working US business hours (IST evening shift)
