    Job Description

    Hardware Design

  • Design and develop embedded hardware for automotive infotainment systems.
  • Create schematics (Altium Designer), select components, perform design calculations, and manage BOM.
  • Mixed-signal circuit design for radio communication, DC-DC converters, TFT backlight drivers, and vehicle interface I/Os.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards (CISPR25, ISO11452) and optimize power consumption.
  • Review high-speed PCB layouts (8-10 layers) and ensure thermal management solutions.


  • Development & Testing

  • Build hardware prototypes, perform bring-up, and iterate designs based on test results.
  • Conduct functional and non-functional testing for reliability and performance.
  • Debug issues and implement countermeasures with QA and validation teams.


  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with firmware/software developers and mechanical teams for seamless integration.
  • Participate in design reviews, requirement analysis, and cross-functional discussions.
  • Document new technology know-how and contribute to continuous learning initiatives.

    Technical Skills Required

    Core Expertise in embedded hardware design for automotive infotainment systems.

  • Hands-on experience with:Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GNSS, and gyroscope integration.AM/FM/DRM/DAB radio tuner design.32-bit microcontrollers, LPDDR, eMMC, Flash memory.Display interfaces like HDMI, LVDS, MIPI.High Speed Boards
  • Strong knowledge of protocols: I2C, SPI, CAN/LIN, USB, Ethernet, UART, RS232, GPIB, I2S, PCM, SDIO.
  • Familiarity with audio basics & amplifiers, EMI/EMC standards, and compliance testing.
  • Automotive standards: ISO26262, ISO7637-2, CISPR25.
  • PCB design and fabrication for high-speed, multi-layer boards.
  • Proficiency in test and measurement tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, VNA, signal generators).
  • Skills in DFM, DFA, DFMEA, DFT, and detailed design documentation.
