Work Arrangement: Onsite | Clark, Pampanga

Work Shift: Monday -Friday/ 10:00PM – 7:00AM PHT

About the Job

  • Service Request / Ticket Management:
  • Logging tickets following baseline templates.
  • Basic change-management practices within service requests from ITIL or any similar framework.
  • Documentation: Updating site documentation and recommending updates to policies and procedures.
  • Endpoint support, configuration, and maintenance:
  • Patching: Tablets, laptops & desktops, including applications
  • Application installation,
